Kumon interview questions

I met with the manager, and they asked me about my previous experience of teaching or working with Kumon. They ask about their vision/mission statement. It's really casual because though it's a big company, each location has only one manager.

1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam. 2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
