Emailed my resume to the person that ran that specific center. Set up an interview. Overall, she only looked at my resume for a second at the interview, and asked me 2-3 questions, namely have you tutored before, what experience do you have with Kumon, etc. Then, I had to take two entry tests, one math and one English. Both were fairly easy, although the math one had a lot of factoring on it. Didn't do amazingly well on the math test but was still hired on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have with teaching/tutoring others?
They do an online interview over Zoom once, where they ask you general interview prep questions and other questions about your resume. They then invite you for an in-person interview and make you take a small math test alongside it. The whole process takes months. They sent me an email saying they liked me. Then 3 months later, when I had already gave up hope, they emailed me asking if I was still open to working there since they were still deciding. Never got another email since.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kumon (Milton Keynes, England)
Interview
the process was easy/okay there wasnt any hard questions and they were mostly personality questions and about my reasons for wanting to join the team and how well i work with other people
Quite a short and informal interview process - I was asked about my background experience, why I wanted to work there and then I was hired on the spot afterwards
