Kumon interview questions

-Handed in my resume in person -Called in within a week -asked why I wanted to work there -Asked if I would be able to come at specific times, and be on time -Asked if working with children was 'ok' -After questions/skill test (they ask you to mark some homework sheets/tests), was told to give my references, and that they would get back to me soon -A couple of days later got the job

Was interviewed briefly and given instructions on how to tutor the kids. I was then given a student and was asked to tutor him in from of my employer. And while I was tutoring I was given instructions on what to do while tutoring and what to avoid while tutoring the studenst.
