Kumon interview questions

Take a basic reading and math exam not much to it. You go in and take two exams. Then you get called in for a second interview, where you get asked the standard questions with the franchise owner.

There was first an over the phone interview where I was asked about my background in mathematics. I was then asked how familiar I was with the Kumon syllabus. For the in person interview, I was given a math placement exam and asked more questions about how I go about solving certain types of math problems.
