Originally referred the job by a friend. Went into the store branch,took an easy exam that tested math skills, and was hired on the spot. Experience will probably vary by branch.

phone interview. interviewer asking several questions regarding qualification, spm results, why want to be teacher, whether interest with kids or not, can work during night and weekend, have a child or not
I turned up and was asked a few questions about my education and motivations for working with them. They asked me to do an hour of unpaid labour as a 'trial'.
