Kumon interview questions

Quick and easy. Center manager was nice and organized. Explained the duties very well. Completed the paperwork same day. Toured the center. Talks about the salary and offers raise. Doesn't give hard time.

I had read a bad review of their interview process but thought it worth a try. Seems normal to start. But after a couple of interviews including in person, they "ghost" you. Many months later they bother getting around to telling you they hired someone else. I understand not responding to every resume, but if they invite you in for a face-to-face interview, they should keep in some sort of contact before months go by. If they are this unprofessional and discourteous to potential employees, one has to wonder how they treat you once you are employed.
