Kumon interview questions

The hiring process was easy and it was quite comfortable. I had applied for it in December, and within a couple of week I got a response. There are various branches across England, so you can change where you work.

Manager called my phone and asked if I have any experience grading and if the days will work with my schedule. She then immediately went on to discuss salary and she said $8 an hour. I had to work myself up to her agreeing to $9 an hour. Immediately started training the next day and had to be trained by another employee since she did not have time to do it herself.
