Kumon interview questions

Was referred by a friend so the interview process was relatively easy. When I first started working there, it was manageable, however the work was a bit tiring at times when we were told to meet too many deadlines at a very high accuracy.

Basically just made sure you could read and do math at the appropriate level. I had a phone interview as well to make sure that i was a good fit for the job.
