Kumon interview questions

No interview process, asked me if I was able to required hours and if so, then I get the job. Otherwise not. The starting was non-negotiable, minimum wage. Training was unpaid. Raises come once yearly and a $0.50. Knew a girl who worked there for nine years and just barely made 12$

The interview process was very short and simple. The interviewer was very kind and asked me to speak about myself very briefly. She also asked me to describe my strengths that would be relevant to the position I was applying for. The interview lasted only about twenty minutes.
