The interview was fairly short. I was asked some basic questions about my experience working with kids and whether or not I had experience tutoring. I was pretty much hired on the spot, then I was trained on how to grade the children's Kumon homework right after the interview.
Simple behavioral questions, nothing too hard at all. Just asked several situational questions about what you would do in a particular situation. Pay is not that great - minimum wage.

How would you handle it if a parent is upset with you?
The interview process consists of a couple fit questions, a simple reading comprehension test, and timed math test (basic math operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Difficulty level is fairly easy.
