Kumon interview questions

Really easy, just took a math and reading test. Nothing too hard. Asked what school I went to and previous experience I had with tutoring, and when I'd be free for work.

Telephonic interview on a zoom call with Kumon member which lasted for around 15 mins in which they just asked basic questions like introduction, goals etc and introduced about the company. It was a simple interview as it is a entry level job.
