I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Jet
Interview
Interviewed by a staffing agency. It was quick and easy. Jet gets lots of new employees through a staffing agency and then only hires the more competent people who are productive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have any experience working in a warehouse?
I applied online. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Aug 2017
Interview
Video chat interview to start, followed by an onsite, single-day in-person meetings with seven people. The people I spoke with were all very kind and knowledgeable about the work they do. A few questions seemed a bit left-field for the role I was interviewing for, and it was a very long day (I have known other people to have much fewer people to speak to in one day), overall I had a good impression. I would definitely interview there again if given the chance.
I also did receive a specific answer about my not being hired, which I believe is very important in any interview process. I am happy they let me know.

Question 1
How would you set up a piece of software from beginning to end?

Interview
I got an email with a link asking me to book a slot for an HR round. I did but got no reply. I kept on booking new dates and meanwhile tried to contact the recruiter but to no avail. Just when I gave up, I got an email for the interview a month after first email. HR round was straightforward. Then I got a game to play to check my cognitive ability (you have to download an app on your phone). It was fairly easy.
Then I interviewed with a team member who asked me supply chain based questions and then all of a sudden asked me basic case questions. Even though questions were very simple but I wasn't prepared for them. I got it right but made silly mistakes on the way.
