Intuitive interview questions

The interview process consisted of the following: -phone screen with the recruiter- she was very helpful and informative -zoom interview with the clinical manager -field ride -final interview with the manager and regional director Interview questions aren’t really your typical STAR questions which is nice. They actually care to learn about you. However, it was a long interview process.

Had a short phone screening interview with a recruiter, then had an in person in-person interview with the hiring manager in the lobby of a hotel, since they don't have offices established in many of their territories. Had follow up interviews over zoom with a rep from the same territory, and then with a hiring manager in a different territory.
