Decent pay and mission, but challenging work-life balance and politics

The pay is competitive and the people are usually decent. They have a generous holiday schedule and overall the mission is noteworthy.

Cons

Your experience will vary considerably depending on your business unit. I would avoid supply chain, logistics, etc. as there's very high turnover, it's political, and there's a lot of finger pointing. Work life balance is challenging and they don't offer PTO accrual.
