Intuitive interview questions

I applied in early February and they contacted me at the end of March about an interview. I was contacted directly by an engineer on the team I was interviewing to be on. The first round for me was about 20-30 minutes with the hiring manager and the engineer that reached out to me. A week after, they invited me to a second round interview which was about a 15-20 min presentation to the whole team (about 8-10 people) of a project that I'd done. The day after my presentation I received an offer and was sent the offer letter the same day. It was very timely and I enjoyed the process!

Applied online on Monday and received an email from the recruiter right away requesting for an interview. Interviewed with the recruiter at the end of that same week for 30min, and it was a very relaxed interview I have ever had. Recruiter was friendly and easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable. At the end of the conversation, I was told that I would be moving on to meet with the hiring manager and I should hear back in the next week. I emailed a week later to see if I was still being considered for the position and never heard back. I was ghosted after what I thought was a great conversation. I would have appreciated a response, just as a courtesy. Everyone's time is just as valuable.
