I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intuitive
Interview
I was extremely impressed with the interview process at Intuitive. It was efficiently organized, and remarkably quick to schedule given the number of people involved. Throughout, I felt like I was having a conversation with potential colleagues to determine if we would be a good fit (both ways!), never being interrogated. All conversations included a good balance of discussion about position specifics and company culture, and were actually enjoyable!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The recruiter as well as the interviewers were very friendly and made me comfortable. I had a phone call with my manager and then proceeded with 4 interviews with software engineers and 1 call with the recruiter, all 30 minutes each.

Q: Why Intuitive?
Q: Resume based (projects, work exp.)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuitive (Boston, MA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was thorough and timely. All interviews were conducted remotely via phone or Zoom. The initial stages were an interview with the recruiter, quickly followed up by an interview directly with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was open and clear in discussing the role and expectations. I found this very helpful. Soon thereafter, the interview moved on to a request to present to a group on topics of my choice that I deemed relevant to the job. The next day were direct interviews with several key cross functional leadership.
