Insight Global Recruiter/Entry-Level interview questions

Interviewed once on campus, then called into the San Jose office. Had an in-person interview the day before Thanksgiving. The 2 account managers scheduled to interview with me were not even in office. Had very casual conversation throughout interview. Just be yourself and bring personality.

There are three steps in the interview process. An initial interview over the phone with a corporate recruiter. An in office interview with account managers and sales directors. Followed by a lunch interview with the sales director. Generally if you make it to the lunch interview, and don't screw it up, the job is yours!
