I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Oct 2016
Interview
A recruiter reached out over linkedin to schedule an initial screening call. At the end of the call she scheduled an on campus interview. After the in person interview, I never heard back. Overall a very strange process. I could tell from the rest of the girls gathered for the on-camps interviews that the recruiters had selected Greek affiliated, nice looking girls.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I basically had to ask all of the questions. The only thing they asked about on my resume was my Greek life experience - nothing about prior internships or school work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Initially recruited through LinkedIn. Had a brief phone interview to learn more about the position. Schedule an in person interview briefly after the phone interview. The interviewer was very warm and nice and the interview itself lasted no longer than thirty minutes. I was asked basic questions about what interests me about sales and Insight Global itself, then I took some time to ask a handful of questions myself. A lot questions you are asked are about how your previous experience will translate over into you being a personable sales person.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Applied online, had a phone interview, went into the office for an in person interview. Process took about two weeks. Nice people, but the interview was just a conversation, I had to ask most of the questions.
