Insight Global Recruiter/Entry-Level interview questions

Started with a phone conversation, leading to an in person interview. The in person interview was different then most, as it was very conversational and talked to multiple people one after another.

I was contacted via email and was immediately contacted the same day. I had a phone interview and the recruiter gave me a run down of what the company does and what my role would be. I believe the position is base+commission. I ended up going in for an interview the following day and met with the recruiter I spoke to on the phone then with a different manager after. Insight Global wants everyone to begin as an entry level recruiter by cold calling and work your way up.
