IKEA Visual Merchandiser interview questions

In all, from application to job offer took about 3 months. But this was a new store that was opening and during COVID so that's why it took so long. I first did a quick phone interview with HR and then I did a 2 hr video call with VM managers. It was a very long interview, we went through my background then we did a virtual floor plan tour. Here they asked me a series of questions about what I like and what I would do differently. They we both very nice and the interview was very comfortable. I then waited a week and was emailed an offer.

Great process! I wondered how we going to do a contactless interview and hiring process but, Ikea made it easy. The step by step emails helped keep me informed on how to fill out my new hire paperwork. Great job!
