IKEA Visual Merchandiser interview questions

I got at Ikea 10 minutes before of the interview and I was very welcoming by the recepecionist. The interview was very professional and yet friendly which gave me more confidence and made me confortable and spontaneous. The fact that it was like a conversation I feel that the questions and answers were more honest in both part which is extremely important when you are looking for an apportunity as an employee and also for the company who is looking to find the right applicante. Aric was clear answering all y questions and open to listen to all of them.
