IKEA Visual Merchandiser interview questions

1.5-hour interview, asks basic interview questions then shows you around the store. Revit background preferred, visual store setup experience needed. Very friendly staff, and non-discriminatory wage practices. The downside is they said they would contact me whether or not I got the job, all I got was a survey saying how I liked the process. They told me to wait 3 weeks, didn't hear anything once the 3 weeks were up.

Interview lasts around 30 min to 45 min. I got result in 2 weeks. They asked about my previous work, but mostly asked what they have on their question lists.
