IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

Was a mix of one-on-one interview and group activities. The group activity shows how well you can work in a team whereas the one-on-one interview is a more personal conversation. They ask various questions like hobbies, what do you know about IKEA's values, your availability, where are you located etc

I must have been in there for 1.5 hours. This woman asked me every question imaginable on earth. Behavioral, technical, personal motivations. It was as though I was being hired to be a CEO when I just wanted to stock boxes at a retail company. It was insane.
