I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2014
Interview
First round with HR. She asked basic accounting questions.
Second round with Psychometric test. I needed to complete 60 questions in 30 minutes.
Third round with Assistant Manager. It was very technical. Many questions were asked by her.
Final round with Manager. Very less technical questions were asked and more were situation based questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts (Warrenville, IL) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview was scheduled very quickly, though it took about two weeks for them to reach out to me after the initial application. After the initial phone screen, there was an in-person interview with a brief tour of the facility.

Question 1
Previous experience and how the skills learned at previous locations, and in previous positions, could assist in not only my position, but bettering the hotel (and its team) as a whole.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at IHG Hotels and Resorts in Jul 2017
Interview
I was contacted through a staffing agency (no surprise nowadays). After about a week I was contacted with a design challenge to redesign the site within a week. Already for one person this is a unicorn challenge but I see where they want to see design as a whole. Once announced a phone screening interview of only thirty minutes was given. This was in no way enough for me to present my solutions and ask questions. They wanted to know more of the design and not allow a chance to actual answer company questions that are important to a first interview. Afterwords they provided no feedback on any part of the presentation so you will have no bearing as to where you need to improve or focus.
