IHG Hotels and Resorts interview questions

The interview process was a lengthy one having to meet with several stakeholders including owing company. I was asked to complete several assessments prior to being hired as well as both face to face and phone interviews.

Met with three staff members. It was very informal and mostly personality based questions. I thought they were friendly people and left a good impression. I thought they would quiz me on the history or the names of corporate executives but they didn't! Mostly just personality and experience-based questions.
