IHG Hotels and Resorts interview questions

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I had an initial screening call with the recruiter who reviewed my application materials. Not long after, I had a follow up call with the director from the department.

Interviewer I had for a day time interview was very nice, initial interviews were the commonly asked ones. For my second interview, the interviewer was a bit sassy but either way that's how it goes. She asked me situational questions, reactions and what I would say, experiences from previous jobs and such. Finally we had a mock call and she gave me feedback.
