Interview
The interview process was very rushed. My first virtual interview with the head office contact went well. However, my second interview in my city with the local office was not.
I had a 2-hour long interview scheduled with two department heads. This was set up for 1 hour of a seemingly normal "interview process" and 1 hour for what they called a DNA interview.
The DNA interview is basically where they try and trick you with questioning to see how much you are willing to work for them at some sort of slave labour level.
In the end, I thought it went well, it obviously did not. One of my interviews was extremely unprofessional and did not shake my hand at the end of the process. I am actually glad I did not get an offer - it was not a good vibe in that office, nor did I feel like my interviewers actually cared.

Question 1
What would you do if your work project was not accepted by your direct manager?

Interview
Very weird and demotivating interview process that doesn't seem beneficial for any parties. Three interviews where they simply just read questions off a list and it doesn't feel genuine at all, nor do they seem to have an interest in actually learning about you. After the third interview was an Excel test.
I never got a chance to talk to the person I'd actually be working for, nor an understanding of the team and such.
I just don't see the value of going down a list and asking generic questions, for three interviews, without conveying any actual interest in wanting to learn more about the candidate.

Round #1: HR Call with usual debriefing drill
Round #2: Have to choose either of "Take home test" or "Live Coding". I went with the Take Home Test option
Advise for candidates who have applied: Don't go for the Github task option; it's a trap. You would be losing your time and your intellectual property for nothing most of the time. Better venture for live coding.
