I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hays (Singapur) in Jan 2017
Interview
The first round was over the phone, followed by face to face 1-1 interview, next is the assessment center. overall it was a pleasant experience, I have a better understanding of recruitment. Not really sure how the inner management would be, but they seem to provide trainings and develop you as compared to other companies.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hays (Mannheim)
Interview
The first Interview was conducted on the phone, with a Hays representative of their own recruitment department, it was formal but friendly and took not more than 30 minutes.
The second interview was conducted in person, by the head of the team I applied for, and the employee that held my future position before me, who had moved on inside the company.
The questions were fair, friendly and the atmosphere was professional.
No irrelevant or inappropriate questions have been asked.

Question 1
What is the difference between inbound and outbound?
Why would I enjoy working at Hays? Why would the team enjoy working with me?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hays (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
3 phase role-playing interview: 1. sell yourself; 2. sell the candidate; 3. sell Hays. You are basically role-playing a recruiter and you get to experience what it feels like to be a recruiter.
