Hays Recriter interview questions

The first Interview was conducted on the phone, with a Hays representative of their own recruitment department, it was formal but friendly and took not more than 30 minutes. The second interview was conducted in person, by the head of the team I applied for, and the employee that held my future position before me, who had moved on inside the company. The questions were fair, friendly and the atmosphere was professional. No irrelevant or inappropriate questions have been asked.

3 phase role-playing interview: 1. sell yourself; 2. sell the candidate; 3. sell Hays. You are basically role-playing a recruiter and you get to experience what it feels like to be a recruiter.
