First there is a phone interview just to filter your insterests and general experience, then there's an interview with a team leader where they ask about your motivations, the experience you had (kpi's, targets) and if you k ow the core values of hays. The third step is an assesment centre where you do some roleplay. And finally an interview with the managers of the teams.
