Hays interview questions

I had a call with one of their consultants and I was invited for an interview. I went there and I saw 2 consultants. They were very young and very unprepared...saying things without meaning and having no offer to propose. To resume: I lost my time there and I saw how low quality are their services.

I received a telephone Interview where we talk briefly about my experience. Stage 2 was a face to face interview where it was a talk about my experience and role play. It is necessary to show ambition and push for a result. You talk about your experience and show the attributes that Hays look for in their candidates. They want answers that are more tangible and relate to work, university experience to show inquisitive and ambition. Good feedback received from the recruiter.
