I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Ciudad de México) in Apr 2015
Interview
the process was very long with few stages, NASA-like for a really simple job. Assessment very stressful (2 hours, includes role playing (making a cold call, selling candidate, negotiating with Hiring Managers), not much time to prepare, 5 people observing you, ) and you needed to wait for their answer after every stage.
During the interview they assure you you will get the full training, but it is expected that you start working before the training ends.
