I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hays (Glasgow, Escocia) in Mar 2016
Interview
6 stages - 1st was a telephone interview lasting 1 hour and was asking about my past experiences, second was face-to-face with a line manager, 3rd was face-to-face with director and manager, 4th was Assessment centre lasting 6 hours, 5th was another face to face with manager and director before receiving a call with a job offer. All face-to-face's were discussing cv in great depth, asking why I made certain choices. Assessment day: first off watched a video and was intro'd to the company (make sure to take notes), then put hand in envelope and picked out a topic to do a 3 minute presentation on. Next was exercises practising how to speak to candidates/clients, then wrote a job advert, then practised presenting a job to the client. Process was great because it really tested you out of your comfort zone and gave a lot of exposure as to what the company is all about. I enjoyed it.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hays (Manchester, Inglaterra) in May 2016
Interview
A preliminary interview with the branch manager before an assessment centre last roughly half a day then another interview with the local Director and my potential (now current) Manager. It was a long process but I genuinely felt as though I had earned my place with Hays. This gave me a genuine feeling as though I belonged in the company and made me immediately proud to take the job.
