Interview
Consisted of a total of 4 stages. Each stage varied with difficulty. First stage involved a phone screening with basic questions about hays and why recruitment. If successful invited to an open day which involved group exercises and presenting yourself briefly. Third stage involved an assessment centre which was a lot more challenging. Involved role plays with actual consultants and clients to challenge your resistance and natural flare within recruitment. Also involved writing job specs and selling in candidates to clients. Best advice - be yourself and remain confident
