Hays interview questions

The process consisted of 2 open days. The first was a day to get a feel for the company and to review CV's, attend meetings and present as to why you were right for Hays. The second was an assessment centre. This consisted of a mock telephone call to a client, writing a Job ad and role playing selling a candidate into a client.

I went into the office for an initial first stage interview. It was what I was expecting, we did a bit of role play and I was asked why recruitment and why Hays in particular. They were looking to hire quite soon so instead of the assessment day I was asked back to the office for an individual assessment day type scenario. I did some more role play in front of the Director and Business Manager.
