3. Assessment day - quite intense, takes a lot of preparation, must have done your research. The internal recruiters however (Kim Roebuck, Linda Hyam) were very helpful, she emailed beforehand with a breakdown of how the day would work e.g. presentation, sales writing, role plays and called the day before to answer any questions and give tips which put me at ease.

From start to finish the Hays recruitment process is excellent. There are four main stages in the process 1. phone 2. internal interview 3. Assesment centre 4 final interview. You are really given an excellent insight into the life of a recruiter and are even trained in the assessment centre part of the interview.
