The first stage was a phone screen/ telephone interview. I was then invited to an open day. Then assessment centre and a round of interviews with directors in company followed.

J'ai postulé auprès de la division Hays Executive. J'y ai rencontré toute l'équipe lors de deux sessions d'entretiens distinctes. Je n'ai pas forcément eu le sentiment que mes interlocuteurs avaient préparés notre discussion. Ceux-ci m'ont donné l'impression d'avoir imprimé mon CV dans le couloir qui les menaient à la salle de réunion...
Par deux fois j'ai fais l'objet de questions biaisées se rapportant à mon origine ethnique, ce que j'ai trouvé déplacé, et sans lien direct ou indirect avec le sujet de nos discussions.
Le responsable de la division Hays Executive m'est apparu comme étant un individu particulièrement désorganisé et incapable de projetter une image professionnelle/fiable.
Il aura fallu que je contacte plus de douze fois le responsable d'équipe, ainsi que la RH pour réussir à obtenir un retour d'expérience par rapport à nos discussions.
Je ne recommande Hays Executive à aucun candidat. Si vous souhaitez rejoindre un cabinet de chasseurs de têtes, je vous conseille de porter votre choix sur des marques plus établies.
