Hays interview questions

The interview was lengthy and challenging but was still enjoyable. My recruiter was excellent and kept in touch with me and helped me throughout the whole recruitment process. My interview consisted of; - Phone interview/screening - 1:1 with internal recruitment manager - Group assessment centre and interviews with branch manager - 1:1 with Business Director; and - 1:1 with Managing Director Although the interview process was lengthy, it really helped me decide if Hays was where I wanted to be and whether I would fit in within their culture.
