I applied online and on the same day i had a call back. I then went in for a 1:1 interview, then got told I had been invited to attend an assement day. Here i was joined by 5 other candidates to undertake activites that would be done on a daily basis by a recruitment consultant. It was challenging but a very good insight into the role. After this I was then invited to a final interview with the managing director and a buisness manager of the new team i was goinf to join.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hays (París) in Nov 2016

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hays (Boston, MA)
Interview
Walked in through job forum, had a short conversation with their director and got an interview very soon. The third stage was the 3 hrs assessment center, challenging but rewarding. Consisted of role-playing and behavior exercises. They are all very nice and it was a great experience.
