Interview
I was first called to check whether I was available for an in-person interview the same week. The interview was extremely short, 25 mins at most, and about two weeks after I was let through to the third round which was the assessment centre. It lasted the whole day, with a short presentation each person does individually and after a mock debate about ranking CVs. I was not asked for the fourth and final round, which was another interview with senior people.

Interview
Initial Phone interview, followed by an interview with Hiring Manager. Was then put forward for assesment centre, selling in candidates, sales presentation, information and overview of the company. Group work, we were divided into two groups and each had one candidate to sell in. I was not successful in getting a positive outcome in my roleplays, but was still offered the job.
