Hays interview questions

Was approached by the hiring manager directly, completed a telephone interview and then had 2 interviews. One with the hiring manager and one with MD. Both interviews were conversational and somewhat unstructured. During the MD interview, it became apparent that the expectations of the role differed between them and the Hiring Manager.

El proceso de selección fue interesante y los entrevistadores amables y me brindando información interesante sobre la empresa. La posición que manejaban era también muy atractiva pero no se ajustaba a lo que estaba buscando en ese momento.
