People are friendly but the interviews are fine if you're able to sell yourself. They are thorough at making sure you're a good fit and you're willing to work hard to make the company money. Overall I was confident I did a good job but I found the process tedious and it was hardly worth attending 3 rounds of interviews for a €28K role.

Genuinely helping you to understand the company’s culture and willing to interact with the candidate. This would allow you to consider if the job fits. The interviewers are friendly enough to explain to you of what they do and their particular expectations; hence you can consider if you can fit in their job culture.
