People are friendly but the interviews are fine if you're able to sell yourself. They are thorough at making sure you're a good fit and you're willing to work hard to make the company money. Overall I was confident I did a good job but I found the process tedious and it was hardly worth attending 3 rounds of interviews for a €28K role.
