Was approached by the hiring manager directly, completed a telephone interview and then had 2 interviews. One with the hiring manager and one with MD. Both interviews were conversational and somewhat unstructured. During the MD interview, it became apparent that the expectations of the role differed between them and the Hiring Manager.
