You have a phone interview. They send you in for a in person interview. You will know then if you had the job on the condition that you pass the drug test given right then (mouth swab). If you get it, you go to orientation for literally 8 hours.. it's actually quite interesting. Once done, You come in starting full time the next day or so.

The interview process was lengthy and extremely involved. The interviewers were very enthusiastic. But having 2 people asking you questions was a bit intimidating at first. I felt good about the interview when I left and received an offer of employment the next day.
