I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Saint Paul, MN) in Apr 2012
Interview
very easy, just a coupe of general questions. Most of the questions were basic physical requirements, such as can you lift this? or are you able to stand for four hours? after that the interview was just about when I can start and how many hours I would like.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Woodbury, MN) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process went smoothly. They ask a lot of situational questions, so it was pretty simple. The hiring process was quick. It took them 3 days to get back to me. Overall, the supervisor who interviewed me was very nice and made things so that I was comfortable. With situational questions, you just have to know what you're talking about and be able to put yourself in the situation they describe whether you've experienced it or not. :)

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had a customer who was upset and how you handled it.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Goodwill in Mar 2014
Interview
The interviewees talked about themselves the entire time, should have been a red flag. I was not asked any questions I was told how great they all were. They honestly could care less that I was even there. I did take the job out of desperation and stayed there for a while. I then realized how cruel an heartless they are at Goodwill. Horrible place to work. lots of drama and favoritism.
