Interview
I applied through Glassdoor and was contacted soon after by the HR department in Mill Valley.
The first round interview was a phone interview with HR in Mill Valley - standard phone interview to assess your background and interest level.
Next step was an in-person interview in the Chicago office - last about 3 hours with 4 different people.
Final round was in-person self presentation to about 6 people total. Job offer was made within a day.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA)
Interview
The process took longer than expected. However, the team was communicative and informed me that I'd been an early candidate and they were being thoughtful and thorough in the process. I would've liked a little more time to ask questions during my onsite but everyone expressed willingness to chat and answer questions after the fact, which I appreciated.
