I applied online. I interviewed at Glassdoor (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
While I ultimately did not get an offer from Glassdoor, I really appreciated the recruiter I worked with. Kate was constantly in communication, even while she was in Ireland! She kept me up to date and was really honest with feedback. Although upset I didn't get the role, but would happily go through the process again.

Question 1
When is a time you've failed at a task or project? What did you learn?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Straight-forward process. Was referred internally by a current employee and was contacted for a phone interview. I had some travel plans to be out of the country for when they wanted to do the first phone interview, but they were very understanding and allowed me to schedule time for the week after I got back. After the initial phone-screening, I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager a few days later. That went very well and so I was called in for an on-site interview with the hiring manager and 3 current CSMs. After that, I had a final video interview with a CSM manager in Chicago and then did a presentation to showcase my understanding of the product, my communication skills, and ability to control the flow of a meeting and keep it high-level without getting into the weeds.
Extremely smooth experience overall and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Interview
Was referred to the position and spoke to the recruiter (Ana) the same week.
Phone interview, then on-site with 3-4 different people from the implementation, support, and insights team. The interview process was awesome and quick! Ana does a great job addressing any concerns and responding to emails/calls right away.
