Pre-prescribed template for interviewer to fill out as you are speaking. Typical situation-based questions with some creative brain teasers. Entire process took over 3 weeks, and I had a total of 7 interviews. All interviewers were at director level.

You are stuck in a hole underground for so long that you completely lose track of time of year. You emerge from the hole, only to be put in a room with one window. How do you tell the temperature outside?

Interview
Three rounds in total. They make you meet and have discussion with all of them who you are going to work with. It's more of unanimous opinion that counts. People from different functional expertise were in the panel.

Interview
Interview process started at the Career Fair, which then lead to two rounds of on-campus interviews, behavioral test, and standardized test. The final round took place at the Business Center and included a dinner the evening before, job shadowing, and a Q&A panel with current employees to better understand the company culture.
