Behavioral based interview questions. Rounds of interviews back to back and took 3 tests (1 day of interview, 2 prior to onsite interviews). Phone interview, additional onsite interviews (both formal and informal). Great interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you went against what your manager/supervisor advised you of, what was the situation and outcome of your decision?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Bentonville, AR) in Nov 2013
Interview
They came to my college campus, and they are very focused on quality leadership experience, GPA, and achievements. I was given a first round interview. Then they called me back for a second round interview + aptitude, skills, & personality assessments. Then I was selected for a final round interview, where I was flown to the office selected for me. There were 3 interviews for the final round. They try to keep interviews casual, though professional, so that you feel comfortable being yourself. You can be a very intelligent, accomplished candidate and not move forward or get an offer, simply because they are looking for people who fit the culture and/or who they can picture themselves working on a team with.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you encountered a challenging situation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2014
Interview
I completed the process through University recruiting. Everything was well-organized and there was good communication between applicants and the recruiter. They explained the process thoroughly so that we knew the next steps. The recruiter made sure that travelling to the location was as simple as possible. They were "round robin" interviews, so each interviewer had a different style and demeanor, but they all made me feel comfortable.
