General Mills interview questions

Took about 2 weeks and met with hiring manager, her boss and HR. It seems they were happy with the recommendation from the recruiter, as the interview was very simple and more of a conversation than questions and answers.

Structured, traditional CPG marketing interview. Be sure you study up on the major trends and the brands that are currently doing a great job at capturing those trends. General Mills prides itself on picking your brain on marketing topics outside of CPG because they like to look at outside brands for inspiration.
