The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
The interview process was pleasant and went by fast. Interviewers were nice and open to all questions. I was given an itinerary and list of people I'd be meeting with ahead of time, and a map and directions explaining where exactly to park. Interviewers used STAR method for questions, which translates to Situation/Task, Action, and Result. It was an overall positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Several steps, applied online, chatted with the hiring manager for 30 mins, then into HQ for a speed-dating set of interviews with key stakeholders armed with specific and unique questions. The HR/recruiting team was lovely - actively communicative and clear about next steps. All went smoothly and was a positive experience excepting a very frustrating and extended delay from the pre-employment agency taking nearly a month to confirm.
